The cost of building materials continue to rise and this may be the reason we often find short-cuts in newly built houses such as missing insulation or inadequate flashing. Your property inspection will be performed using the latest tools and technology including: 

Moisture Meter- It measures humidity levels in concrete, walls, or other structural components to identify potential problems like moisture damage, mold growth, or issues with ventilation and insulation.

Infrared Thermal Camera- The FLIR thermal camera helps visualize temperature differences, revealing hidden issues like air leaks, missing insulation, moisture problems, and electrical faults that are invisible to the naked eye.

Outlet Tester- Checking for correct wiring, RCD protection (GFCI), the presence of ground and other deficiencies.

Laser level- Precisely reveals any sagging or sloping that might indicate structural issues or settling it can help determine if walls are plumb (straight up and down) and if floors are level.

Advanced EMF Meter/RF Spectrum Power Analyzer- Used to detect and measure electromagnetic field (EMF) and radio frequency (RF) radiation levels in a house/area.

Air Quality Meter- Detects and measures various pollutants and environmental factors in the air, helping to identify potential health hazards and problems within the home. These devices can measure levels of particulate matter, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, and other contaminants, as well as temperature and humidity, providing a comprehensive assessment of the indoor air quality. 

Drone Camera- The bird's-eye view provides a comprehensive overview of the entire property capturing high-resolution images and videos of the building's exterior, including hard-to-reach areas like roofs and chimneys that might be missed during a traditional, ground-based inspection.

Wall Scanner- Helps identify the presence of studs, metal objects (like pipes and wiring), and even live electrical wires.

Laser Measurer- Used to quickly and accurately measure rooms, hallways, and other spaces.

Endoscope- Used to visually inspect hard-to-reach or hidden areas of a building to identify potential problems like water damage, pest infestations, or structural issues. It allows for non-invasive examination of areas like wall cavities, ductwork, and behind appliances without causing significant damage or disruption.
