We started this company to help our clients feel better about their home purchase. When we purchased our first house here in Portugal, we lived in the US and relied on photographs to decide. We wished we knew an experienced and knowledgeable professional to have a look on our behalf. Many people purchasing properties here in Portugal live in other countries and are sometimes unable to see the property in person. Real estate agents will tell about the beautiful aspects of a property which is their job. As experts in our field, our job is to discover the details which will tell us more about the condition of the property. We have over 30 years experience in the construction industry and we have been performing property inspections for many happy clients from all over the world for over 13 years.
There have been many times when the photographs on the listing showed a mostly perfect house and we discovered significant deficiencies that our client was very grateful to know. The cost of building materials continue to rise and this may be the reason we often find short-cuts in newly built houses such as missing insulation or inadequate flashing. We provide a second set of eyes that you can rely on to report to you, our client. Our fiduciary duty is to you. It is our goal to provide helpful, reliable information with which you can make wise decisions. Certified in California, Licensed in Portugal.

Home Inspections play a crucial role in the home buying process. We inspect all the vital systems and structures of a property, including all utility systems, structural components and any safety issues.
Most Inspections can be scheduled within 3 business days and are available 7 days a week.
We provide a detailed inspection report.
Your property inspection will be performed using the latest tools and technology, by an honest, un-biased, neutral Certified Professional Inspector. Reports are also available in Portuguese by request.
Prices are based on the size and location of the property.
